Agreement between the Client and Fly Aram

Dear valued customers, welcome to the Terms and Conditions page, and we kindly request that you read it carefully, as it governs the relationship between you and us at Fly Aram. We apply the terms outlined below when you book accommodation in a hotel, purchase flight tickets, or any other services you choose at Fly Aram, whether it's a single service or more.

 

Website Terms of Use

i.       To use this website, you must be 18 years or older.

ii.     You must have full legal and legitimate capacity to enter into this agreement and use this website in accordance with the terms and conditions listed here. You also agree to be responsible for all your legal actions and financial obligations arising from your use of this website (including the use of your account by others, including minors living with you).

iii.   You agree to oversee and take responsibility for all users of this website, including minors, under your name or account.

iv.   You also commit to ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all information and data provided by you or your family members when using this website.

v.     When using the website, you must ensure that you will not use the website for any illegal or prohibited purpose under these terms and conditions and notices. You also agree to all applicable local laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for all actions or omissions that occur in your account or your password, including the content of your submissions.

vi.   You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, execute, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information, software, or services obtained from Fly Aram's website.

vii. You acknowledge that any trademarks, logos, or designs are the property of the company and cannot be used without prior written permission.

viii.                If you use this website in any way not authorized by us, we will consider it a criminal offense and will seek compensation for those damages.

 

Booking Terms and Conditions

i.      Make sure that all passenger names in the booking are correct, and commit to entering each name in the appropriate field. If names are entered incorrectly or do not match what is stated in the passport, the booking will be canceled, and a new ticket will be booked, taking into account the price increase and changes in fees if modifications are required. Upon completing the payment and paying the full booking amount, a booking voucher will be issued, authenticated with the Fly Aram company number. Your booking will be considered correct and confirmed.

ii.    Pending bookings: Prices and availability may change in some cases after receiving the voucher. In such cases, contact the customer service center before making any new reservations to be informed about the status of the previous booking. Fly Aram is not responsible for repeating unpaid bookings, and the customer is fully responsible for the full cost. In the event of cancellation, the cancellation terms of this booking policy apply.

iii.   Fly Aram reserves the right to reject any booking. The company may also add service fees to bookings made through the call center.

iv.   Fly Aram reserves the right to cancel the booking if there is an incorrect price due to price updates resulting in an unrealistic value for the booking. Also, in the case of non-payment bookings to the website owner, Fly Aram has the right to cancel all bookings, except for those previously notified to the customer.

v.    For each booking cancellation, Fly Aram will impose cancellation fees in addition to the fees imposed by the service provider.

 

Travel Documents

i.      Fly Aram recommends all customers to ensure that they and all accompanying travelers have valid passports, the required entry visa from the country they intend to visit, the necessary vaccinations, and the required insurance documents for entry to the country they intend to visit. Note that some countries require travelers to fill out a transit visa or pay an entry fee to the intended destination country.

ii.    Fly Aram is not responsible for the visa of the country you intend to travel to; it is your responsibility before booking and before the travel date. Obtaining travel and entry visa may take some time, so it is necessary to apply for such a visa before the travel date.

iii.   Fly Aram recommends that all customers check their passport and entry visa with the embassy or consulate in their country. The company will not be responsible if you or the traveling companions do not have a valid passport, do not have a valid entry visa, have not received the required vaccinations, or do not have insurance documents.

Note:

Based on government instructions, the passport must be signed according to the original by the passport holder. As we cannot verify the identity of travelers or travel documents when booking their tickets, flying with incorrect documents can result in travelers being denied entry to their destination, detained, or deported. In such cases, you will be solely responsible for any costs, losses, or damages incurred by you or us (or our agents or employees).

 

Hajj and Umrah Travel and Visa Regulations

According to the instructions of the Saudi Arabian government, all travelers holding a Hajj or Umrah visa must disembark in either Jeddah or Medina. During the Hajj period, Muslim travelers with Hajj or Umrah visas will be allowed to enter both Medina and Jeddah. The government sets the final day for the arrival and departure of Hajj flights via air transport. Clients are required to comply with customs, passports, visa issuance, and health certificate requirements.

 

Booking Information

i.      If the booking information is incorrect, Fly Aram reserves the right to verify and cancel the booking. Fly Aram retains the right to take legal action to safeguard its rights. In this case, the client may be liable for financial losses, including litigation costs, direct and indirect damages, resulting from Fly Aram's cancellation of the booking or account freezing.

 

Prices and Special Offers

i.      Price quoting and rate changes: Fly Aram's quoting system may reach either accurate pricing or fixed pricing, depending on the supplier. If prices, rates, or offers differ from the quotation or advertised price, Fly Aram will inform customers of any changes. Customers can choose to proceed with the new price or cancel the booking without fees.

ii.    New special offers posted on the website after booking confirmation and payment cannot be applied to existing bookings. Fly Aram reserves the right to change service prices due to exchange rate fluctuations, tax changes, or other reasons without prior notice to customers.

iii.   Fly Aram is not responsible for any price increase due to exchange rate fluctuations, taxes, or direct supplier requests.

iv.   Promotional offers do not apply to previously made bookings.

v.    Fly Aram reserves the right to adjust service prices due to exchange rates, taxes, or other reasons.

vi.   Fly Aram is not responsible for any errors due to exchange rate changes or increased supplier demand. Therefore, prices displayed may be suitable during the search and booking period, but these prices may change before the travel date or after the stay, depending on supplier conditions. Some services have the same price but with different policies.

vii. All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or changed without prior notice.

 

Last-Minute Bookings

i.      International flight bookings made within 4 hours before departure are considered last-minute bookings.

ii.    Domestic flight bookings made within 3 hours before departure are considered last-minute bookings.

iii.   Customers are responsible for their boarding passes and completing check-in procedures with the carrier at the airport for last-minute bookings.

iv.   The issuance of a boarding pass for last-minute bookings is entirely at the discretion of the carrier.

v.    If the carrier refuses the boarding pass or if the flight is missed, Fly Aram relinquishes responsibility for re-issuing, modifying, or refunding the money, and customers must comply with carrier penalties according to the ticket policy purchased.

 

Group Bookings

i.      To book 9 rooms or more or 10 or more airline tickets, please contact customer service at 920027012 to make the booking.

Currency Conversion

i.      If a currency converter is available on the website, the following terms and conditions apply: Currency exchange rates from various publicly available sources are for guidance only. Actual rates may vary.

 

Hotel Information

i.      Information displayed on the Fly Aram website is considered a description of accommodation, facilities, services, and images provided by the hotel supplier.

ii.    Hotel star ratings, services provided by the hotel, and other such information are provided by service and hotel suppliers. Some hotels are rated based on customer feedback.

iii.   Please note that suppliers describe accommodation, facilities, and services using different terms. For example, some suppliers may describe a room with two separate beds as a "double room," while others may describe the same room as a "deluxe room." For triple room bookings, the extra bed provided by the hotel is usually foldable.

iv.   If the suppliers recommend making significant changes to the description or withdrawing any of the essential facilities in the property, Fly Aram will notify the customer as soon as possible.

v.    Some activities and facilities, such as water sports, may not be available year-round, and additional charges may apply to certain facilities, such as TV, safes, sun loungers, umbrellas, tennis courts, billiard tables, and air conditioning.

vi.   In some destinations, especially during the high tourist season (and even at other times), there may be a possibility of encountering noise from certain groups. Please consider this when choosing your destination and accommodation.

vii. The time required to travel from the accommodation to the airport mentioned by Fly Aram is approximate and subject to circumstances. Arrival at the chosen accommodation may take longer.

viii.                   Early check-out policies in some hotels may not allow refunds for unused nights due to high-season periods or high hotel occupancy rates, and the same applies to the no-show policy. In such cases, the hotel may impose penalties and then cancel the booking and refund the remaining amount or deduct the full amount.

ix.  Changing guest names: Some hotels do not accept name changes, and some allow name changes up to 48 days before check-in (depending entirely on the hotel's acceptance and rejection policy). Fly Aram cannot violate the hotel's policy.

x.    Modification policy: Suppliers may request additional fees for modifications, and these fees vary depending on the type of service requested. When requesting a room modification (from single to double or changing the time and date, adding a note to the booking), contact customer service to execute the request. Fly Aram recommends making a new reservation and issuing a new invoice for the extended booking.

xi.  Cancellation policy: The cancellation policy is subject to the rules and restrictions of the supplier, and separate cancellation fees imposed by the supplier.

xii. Clients must request cancellation or modification of the booking through the website by logging into their account and requesting cancellation of the booking, or through Fly Aram's customer service.

xiii.                   Refund for non-refundable bookings is only possible under force majeure circumstances, and approval is subject to the supplier's agreement.

xiv.                   Note that in cases where Fly Aram does not accept changes or cancellations, please contact Fly Aram's customer service at 920027012 to complete the process.

 

General Policies for Hotels

 

i.      Each hotel is responsible for setting policies related to children, check-in and check-out, smoking, additional taxes, and other details. It is the customer's responsibility to verify these policies before making a reservation.

ii.    The country in which you have made a reservation may impose a city tax. This tax is not included in the taxes and fees mentioned in the booking and should be paid directly to the hotel.

 

Changing Hotels

i.      The supplier may need to cancel your reservations due to overbooking, technical errors that may occur in the system, or force majeure circumstances. In such cases, Fly Aram will work to find an alternative accommodation of the same category and location.

ii.    In the case of hotels with a non-refundable cancellation policy, no changes are allowed.

 

Airline Policies

i.      Airlines transport passengers, luggage, and cargo internationally according to international laws and regulations and the restrictions set by international agreements.

ii.    Cancellation and modification fees for reservations depend entirely on the carrier. Some airlines may impose specific fees for different fare classes (economy, business, first class). These fare classes differ in terms of prices, restrictions, and cancellation and modification fees.

iii.   International flight passengers from any country are required to be at the airport three hours before the flight's departure time unless stated otherwise.

iv.   Domestic flight passengers from any country are required to be at the airport at least one and a half hours before the departure time, unless stated otherwise.

v.    In case of not showing up at the airport on time, Fly Aram is not responsible for any fees resulting from this.

vi.   If baggage is lost, you should contact the airport's management and coordinate with the carrier, as Fly Aram disclaims responsibility in case of lost baggage.

vii. When selecting a seat in advance through Fly Aram, Fly Aram is not responsible for any modifications made by the airline.

viii.                   Policies regarding providing accommodation by airlines for indirect flights and layovers exceeding 6 hours differ from one airline to another according to the airline's terms and conditions.

ix.  It should be noted that there are various classes of service on airlines, including economy, business, and first class. These classes differ in terms of prices and services provided by the airline, and can be purchased through Fly Aram's website.

 

x.    In case of any conflict between the terms and conditions of the carrier and Fly Aram's terms and conditions, the terms of the carrier apply, and the customer must comply with them.

xi.  Cancellation or modification policies are subject to the rules and restrictions of the airline, including partial or full ticket refunds.

xii. Changing the name: You cannot change or modify the name after confirming the reservation. If you wish to change or modify the name after confirming the reservation, you need to create a new booking and pay any additional costs, if applicable.

xiii.                   Partial use of a ticket: When using the first coupon of a ticket and requesting a refund for the following coupons, it depends on the carrier's conditions regarding the remaining value.

xiv.                   In the event of using the ticket coupons differently from the reservation, you are not entitled to request a refund of any amount paid or the like.

 

i.      Transferring Flight Reservations

ii.    Changing flight schedules depends entirely on the terms and conditions of the carrier regarding flight cancellations or schedule modifications. You will be informed of the changes via one of the communication methods mentioned in the reservation. You will be provided with alternative options and solutions depending on the carrier's terms. In this case, the customer has the right to choose between the presented alternatives or to request a refund after the carrier's approval.

iii.   If the customer fails to check the notification regarding changes made by Fly Aram, Fly Aram disclaims responsibility, and the customer is not entitled to any compensation or the like.

 

Special Supplier Policies

i.      Some suppliers may impose their own special policies, which are mentioned in the booking policy before confirmation. We advise reading these policies before proceeding with the booking.

ii.    When purchasing any service from Fly Aram, additional terms and conditions are added to the list of the previous terms and conditions upon confirming your booking. By doing this, you automatically enter into an agreement with the service you have chosen. For example, all services and cancellation policies agreed upon at the time of booking are binding, and they are dictated by the chosen supplier.

iii.   It should also be known that in some cases where reservations may be rejected by the supplier, it is possible to replace the service with a different one of the same type, provided that the price difference, if any, is paid, or a refund is made in case of service rejection.

Seat Upgrade (Booking Class)

i.      Passengers can upgrade their seats through Fly Aram and pay the fare difference before the departure time, according to the rules of the airline, subject to availability. Fly Aram cannot upgrade the seat when issuing the boarding pass at the airport. In this case, if you upgrade the booking class at the airport, the payment will be made directly to the airline at the airport.

 

Payment Methods

i.      When booking through Fly Aram's website or one of its applications, you can make payments using (Mada, Visa and Mastercard credit cards), as well as via bank transfer to one of the company's accounts. Additionally, you can pay with Qitaf points or Fly Aram Rewards.

ii.    "Book Now, Pay Later" feature is available with specific hotels through Fly Aram, and it is displayed with the option to pay online (Book Now, Pay Later).

i.      If the booking exceeds the final payment deadline, the reservation will be automatically canceled without charges.

ii.    Please note that booking and payment are made through our website, Fly Aram.

iii.   The hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation under any circumstances if the payment is not completed.

Refund Policy

i.      When a customer requests a refund of the amount paid, the company will process the refund after reviewing the supplier's or carrier's terms and conditions. It should be noted that the refund mechanism and method are based on the same payment method.

ii.    If payment is made by credit card, the refund will be processed within 48 business hours, and the amount will be credited by the bank within 15 business days. There may be delays on the bank's part.

iii.   If payment is made by a debit card (Mada), and a refund is requested after 14 days from the booking date, the refund will be processed by the bank in accordance with the payment policies of Saudi Payments and may take 15 business days for the refund to be credited to the card used for payment.

iv.   If the amount is not refunded after the above-mentioned period, please contact customer service or send a request via WhatsApp to +966920027012.

 

Problems and Complaints

i.      Fly Aram strives to satisfy its customers. In case of any problem or dispute, Fly Aram will make every effort to resolve it amicably to the customer's satisfaction while preserving the rights of all parties.

ii.    The customer should submit their complaint via email to Ops@FlyAram, and Fly Aram will get in touch to address the complaint.

iii.   It is a requirement that the complaint be submitted by the affected person personally or by their agent, along with the booking reference number and supported by evidence and proof. All information and data related to the problem should be provided. If this is not done, the complaint will not be considered.

iv.   Fly Aram reserves the right to reject complaints and even demand compensation from the customer in case the customer fails to prove the issue, which damages the reputation of the company.

 

Privacy Policy

i.      Saudi laws govern these terms and conditions. By entering this website and using its services, you acknowledge your agreement to the terms and conditions and your submission to the exclusive jurisdiction of Saudi courts in all forms of disputes arising from your use of the website and its services. If any provision of these terms and conditions is considered invalid or unenforceable for any reason, that provision will be excluded from the terms and conditions, and the remaining terms and conditions will apply. The failure of Fly Aram to enforce any of the provisions stated in these terms and conditions or any agreement or the failure to exercise any option shall not be considered a waiver of these provisions and shall not affect the validity of these terms and conditions, any agreement, or any part thereof, or the right to enforce any provision later.

ii.    Fly Aram has the right to randomly record phone calls from time to time for monitoring and surveillance purposes to improve customer service.

iii.   Fly Aram may use your contact information to notify you of its products and special offers that may be of interest to you. If you do not want Fly Aram to use your contact information to send these offers, you can send an email to the following address: Ops@FlyAram.

 

Data Protection

i.      When booking or registering on our website, you may be asked to enter your data or other information to assist you in your experience. All credit/debit card data and personal identification information will not be stored, sold, shared, or rented to third parties.

 

Disclosure to Third Parties

Some of the ads you see on the website are determined and delivered by third parties, such as advertising networks, advertising agencies, advertisers, and audience segment providers. This third party may collect information about you and your online activities, both on the site and other websites, through cookies, web beacons, and other technologies in an attempt to understand your interests and deliver ads that match your interests. Please note that we do not have access to or control over the information collected by this third party. The privacy policy does not cover the information practices of this third party.

 

We may use the information we collect from you when you register, make a purchase, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or marketing communication, browse the website, or use certain other site features.

 

Your Responsibility

i.      Fly Aram wishes all its customers enjoyable journeys, but it should be remembered that you are responsible first and foremost for your actions and the consequences that may result from them towards others.

ii.    If Fly Aram deems that your actions may affect its employees, customers, or suppliers, your travel arrangements may be canceled. This means that Fly Aram or its suppliers may request you to leave the accommodation at your own expense.

 

Our Responsibilities to You

i.                Fly Aram is an intermediary between the customer and the supplier. Any changes in data and information control policies are subject to the terms and conditions of the suppliers primarily. The customer does not have the right to request compensation from Fly Aram as it is just an intermediary.

ii.              In the event of Fly Aram's contract termination or if the company ceases business, all customer reservations will be refunded, and new reservations will be made through them.

 

Amendment of Terms

Fly Aram may change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, and the amended terms will be effective upon publication on the website, provided that they will not be applied retroactively to concluded contracts made through this website. Your continued use of this website after any changes will signify your acceptance of the amended terms and conditions.

 

Offers (Coupons, Fly Aram Rewards), and More

i.                The terms and conditions of offers provided by Fly Aram are subject to the booking conditions, except the refund policy, as the coupon amount is non-refundable, no matter the booking terms and conditions that the coupon is used for. Each offer is subject to the terms stated in each offer advertisement.

ii.              If you are unsure of the terms of the offer, you must contact us in advance of booking, and the offer value cannot be compensated in any way once payment is made.

iii.             Fly Aram has the right to stop or suspend offers without prior notice.

iv.             Each coupon can be used only once and is not valid for multiple bookings.

v.              Two offers, such as (coupon + rewards), cannot be combined in a single booking.

vi.             All discounts (coupon discount/Fly Aram Rewards) will be deducted from the cancellation amount for the complete or partial cancellation of all Flyaram products.

 

Terms of Rewards provided by Fly Aram

i.                Any rewards issued by Fly Aram are not convertible to cash and cannot be modified.

ii.              The terms mentioned on each coupon apply, whether the coupon is printed or electronically sent to the winner.

i.                Travel Purchase Coupon from Fly Aram

i.                Select Airline/Hotel/Package.

ii.              Once on the payment page, click on "Offers" and then press on the "Coupons" box.

iii.             Enter the gift certificate number in the text box and then click "Apply."

 

Anything Else I Need to Know?

i.                The gift certificates are valid only for bookings made on Fly Aram for flights or hotels.

ii.              These gift certificates cannot be combined with any other direct offers on Fly Aram's website, including cashback and discounts, etc., on a specific credit/debit card.

iii.             Any remaining balance on the gift certificate used cannot be reused.

iv.             Flyaram is not responsible if the gift certificate is lost, stolen, or used without permission.

v.              The gift certificate cannot be exchanged, refunded, cashed, or returned for cash under any circumstances.

vi.             In any case, Flyaram's responsibility regarding any claims arising under this offer is limited to the value of the gift certificate.

vii.           Any misuse of this gift certificate will result in the cancellation of the booking.

viii.         Flyaram has the final authority to interpret these rules. This is for individual use only, and travel agents who find the use of the card will cancel the reservation, and no amounts will be refunded.

 

ix.            Products and services are subject to availability.

x.              Gift certificate amounts are non-refundable in case of cancellation or modification.

 

Service Fees

i.                Fly Aram may apply "Service Fees" to every traveler appearing on the payment page for all airline reservations, including domestic and international flights.

ii.              Service fees are non-refundable in case of complete/partial cancellation requested by the customer.

iii.             Service fees are refundable in case of reservation refusal by the supplier or Fly Aram.
